By accessing and using Smokapp Map (hereinafter, "the Application"), you (hereinafter, "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "the Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Smokapp Map is a digital platform that provides geolocated information about cannabis-related venues in Spain, including:

• Cannabis clubs
• Growshops
• CBD stores
• Related venues

The Application is offered solely for informational and reference purposes. The use of this information is the sole responsibility of the User.

3. User Obligations

By using the Application, the User undertakes to:

• Use the Application in accordance with applicable law
• Not engage in illegal activities or activities that may harm third parties
• Not use the Application for commercial purposes without authorization
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Information Accuracy

Smokapp Map strives to keep the information up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or usefulness. We are not responsible for the actions Users may take based on the information provided.

4.2 Service Availability

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt the service for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without prior notice.

4.3 Damages

Under no circumstances shall Smokapp Map be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Smokapp Map, including:

• Design and source code
• Trademarks and logos
• Graphic content
• Database

Are the exclusive property of Smokapp. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Application, you accept the processing of your data as set forth in that policy.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will be effective immediately after their publication in the Application. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Smokapp Map to act on a breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
